Our mission is to advance health equity and social well-being for Black communities in rural Canada by breaking barriers to healthcare access, addressing social determinants of health, and providing essential support such as food and clothing. We are dedicated to building healthier, stronger, and more resilient communities where everyone has the opportunity to thrive.
Who We Serve
We primarily serve Black people in rural areas across Canada. Our efforts are focused on understanding and addressing the unique challenges faced by these communities to ensure they have access to the resources and support they need.
