Supporting Black Loyalist Families in Birchtown, Nova Scotia
Our foundation partnered with the local community center to provide mobile health check-ups and nutrition workshops. Over 40 families received blood pressure screenings, diabetes education, and fresh produce hampers. One resident, a grandmother raising her grandchildren, shared that it was her first health screening in years — a small step that helped her detect and manage early signs of hypertension.
